Law student Troy Gable (Colin Hanks) drop out from the bench, but luckily there is an offer to work as a manager for Buck Howard (John Malkovich) magician who his star is fade away.
Buck Howard is magician who can read mind and hipnotise all his audience intend to do comeback show in order to restore his lost popularity.
In the middle restriction from his father (Tom Hanks), troy continue his journey with Buck.
Troy found many experience during his journey with Buck which he does not find in the law school. He also learned about life from the mentalist.Drama comedy which unfortunately release as limited, can be funny and touching because of its sineas experience, Sean McGinly.
Work as director and a script writer, McGinly was a manager for The Amazing Kreskin, magician in the 1980s era.
Support from John Malkovich is very affected for the movie attractiveness. Produce and starred by Tom Hanks, and also starred by his son Colin Hanks, Colin shown his talent is increasingly visible.
