Christine Brown has a good job, a great boyfriend, and a bright future. But in three days, she is going to hell.

The story begins from the life of a girl Christine (Alison Lohman) who pursue a career in the works, she competes with Stu (Reggie Lee) to get a position as assistant manager.

The story is based on a girl Christine (Alison Lohman) is condemned by Mrs. Ganush, the resent customer. Being rejected by Christine, Mrs Ganush call the devil named Lamia to frighten Christine for three days before finally dragged her to hell.

From the beginning of the film, audiences do not stop made taut surprised. Like horror movie, many scenes shows sudden appearence people never expected. The power of this movie is an excess in the make up division who convincing enough, make a successful appearance Mrs. Ganush so hideous revolting at once. Scoring by Christopher Young also successfully make this film more tense.

One of the things that minus the value of this film is Alison Lohman acting, sometimes less convincing. I do not know what is Sam Raimi consideration to choose the actress starring Beowulf, because not only her acting rigid, physical her appearance also spelled sell less. Some scenes also seemed too forced, but all of this payed by cool and unexpected ending.

The point, if you need to entertain yourself with friends, or dating with your girlfriend, this film is the right choice.

Pokoknya, kalo butuh hiburan jerit-jeritan bareng teman-teman, atau pengen ngedate sama cewek dan bisa dipeluk-peluk, film ini adalah pilihan yang tepat.
